Dr. He Yun is an Assistant Professor at Hunan University’s School of Public Management. She received her BA, MA and Ph.D from Tsinghua University’s department of political science. She was a Fulbright Scholar to the United States (2012-2013), and a Tsinghua William Mong Scholar to Cambridge University ( 2011). Her research includes European studies and global governance and conservation. She currently serves as a deputy director of the international office of Hunan University.
